Registration Now Open for the 2026–2027 Pre-Season Clinics and Tryouts!

Dear Chicago Central Families,

We are excited to announce that registration for the 2026–2027 hockey season pre-season conditioning clinics and tryouts! We can’t wait to get everyone back on the ice and are looking forward to another great year of hockey, community, and fun.

Important Notes:

USA Hockey Numbers: Every player must have a valid 2026–2027 USA Hockey number prior to registering. In addition, team managers and locker room monitors must complete a USA Hockey volunteer registration, SafeSport training and USA background checks. The club will reimburse the $30 fee for this required step. Links provided below.

Payments: We accept credit card and ACH payments through Crossbar.

Concussion Baseline: We highly recommend that players have a pre-season concussion baseline test prior to playing games. This can be completed at any local provider offering baseline concussion testing.

Player Packs: Team warm-up wear is available through our online store. Please order from the link below.
